Executive Assistant (Remote)


Attachment Leadership, LLC is an organization based in Dallas, Texas. We provide customized leadership, wellness, and development programs; emotional intelligence corporate training, and school-based social and emotional intelligence focused programs.  

Attachment Leadership, LLC is now seeking a courageous, confident, and energetic Executive Assistant to support the CEO.  The ideal candidate enjoys reading (you will be required to read books and articles for research purposes and personal development), writing, planning, and building interpersonal relationships. The ability to network and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is key. The successful candidate must be skilled in time management and possess a sense of urgency and the ability to follow-through.   

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned:

  • Respond courteously and professionally to internal and external customers via phone calls, office visits, correspondence etc.

  • Make warm and cold calls/emails to prospective customers (scripts provided)

  • Work with outside parties to plan and secure meeting and lodging space for meetings and retreats.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the CEO, supporting business growth initiatives and strategies.

  • Prepare and assist with creating/editing presentations, charts, graphs, statistical reports, budget tracking/analysis, and other special projects as requested.

  • Conduct research and gather market data as it pertains to specific quarterly goals

  • Work collaboratively with key support personnel within the organization to meet company objectives, goals, and projects as needed/directed.

  • Coordinate and maintain meetings, calendars, schedules, conferences, training sessions, special events, travel, invoicing, and expense reports as directed.   • Provide on-site assistance at events hosted by Attachment Leadership, LLC and the CEO.

  • Make online/in store purchases as required.

  • Draft, generate, and coordinate routine correspondence; production (formatting/copying) and dissemination of documents such as presentations, handouts, training materials, and statistical reports.

  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge:

    • Attend educational workshops

    • Establish personal and professional networks

    • Participate in professional societies when appropriate


Requirements include:

  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Will consider those actively pursing a degree.

  • Three (3) plus years of experience in an administrative support role required.  Prior experience supporting senior leadership is a plus.

Physical Requirements: 

·     Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Type: 

·     Part-time (20 hours a week) with opportunity to progress to full-time. 


·     Although the position is remote, you must live in the Dallas, TX area. 

Hourly Rate: 

·     $10/hour


·     Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to events in the Dallas and surrounding areas. Air travel may be required.

The successful candidate but be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check. A one-year commitment with a 3-month probation period is required.
